Join NCHA

Farriers, horse professionals, horse owners, and vendors join NCHA for a variety of reasons:

• Increase your knowlege and skill in trimming and shoeing techniques
• Consult with your peers to discuss issues you run across in your daily practice
• Receive the monthly newsletter which contains detailed information on upcoming events, summaries of past events, case studies and member discounts
• Farriers are listed, at no extra cost, in the NCHA Find A Farrier online database

You may join NCHA using the membership application. Cost is $30 per year, or $120 for five years. (Note: this is a PDF file, and requires that Adobe Reader be installed on your computer).

The purpose of the North Carolina Horseshoers Association (NCHA), Inc., is to organize and promote excellence in the art and science of farriery, and to define, maintain, and improve the quality of craftsmanship and standard of ethics within the Association. The NCHA will in no way interfere with a farrier’s clientele, territory, or prices.
